Southwest Nest is a brand new spacious townhome in the most central part of Seattle! This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is 10 minutes from the airport, less than 15 minutes from downtown Seattle, and features remote-working areas all throughout. 2/3 bedrooms are equip with king-size beds. The home also features two outdoor spaces, including a massive private rooftop patio with a 360 view that captures the stunning Seattle skyline and all of the PNW's nature. Private parking spot included!
This home is a large 4-story townhouse uniquely positioned in South Seattle with quick access to all neighborhoods in the Greater Seattle Area. Let’s do a walk through of the house to give you some perspective of what your stay will entail!
First floor: The ground level features a large cloud-like couch, 55 inch Smart TV (with complimentary Netflix and Prime Video subscription access,) the living room connects to the dining room area, as well as the fully equipped and spacious kitchen. Half bathroom is also located on the ground level.
The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, frying pans, pots, dining bowls, plates, and cups. You’ll also have a single-cup Keurig machine readily available and complimentary tea, coffee, and creamer for you and your company.
Second floor: Leading up the stairs, we’ll arrive on the second floor, which includes two full-size bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom is to your immediate right, and features an incredibly comfortable full-size bed, a glass vanity serving as a working space or vanity for getting ready, and a full-sized closet to store your belongings. Exiting the first bedroom and continuing down the fall will be the bathroom, complete with a deep bathtub for ultimate relaxation, and modern finishes that give this bathroom a luxury feel. Directly across the bathroom is the utility closet, which includes an ironing board and iron for quick access. An infant crib is also available and located in the second-floor utility closet for guests traveling with small children. At the end of the hall, you’ll reach the second bedroom, a bright and spacious room with an extendable daybed (dimensions of a king size bed), ample working/creative space, including a working station.
Third floor: As we continue up the stairs, we’ll arrive at the master suite. The master suite is closed off, and includes a king-size bed, en suite bathroom with a huge waterfall shower, double sinks, in-shower stool, toilet, and lots of storage space. The master room also includes an en suite balcony equipped with a table and seating area for 2, perfect for a quick breath of fresh air and/or a space to enjoy your morning coffee.On the third floor of the home, directly outside of the master suite you’ll also find the laundry room which includes a brand new W/D, and complimentary wash pods for guests staying longer than 3+ days. The W/D is available to use for all guests, regardless the duration of your stay.
Fourth floor: And on our final floor, floor four, is where the home’s library of books to borrow for the duration of your stay is located. The fourth floor is where you can also find blankets for easy access to use on chillier days on the rooftop patio. The outdoor patio area is equipped to comfortably seat 4-5 guests – complete with solar-powered lights that turn on every evening to give you the full PNW experience.
Located on the back side of the townhome lot, there is one private parking spot available for guests, and ample public parking easily accessible outside of home.
