The villa is approached by an uphill windy concrete track to enjoy unbeatable views and make the most of the peaceful setting. Inside the villa is all on the same storey and benefits from a very spacious open plan lounge, dining and kitchen. Furnished to a high standard throughout in a pretty rustic style, mi Casa Nueva features four air-conditioned bedrooms with two of them being ensuite. Patio doors from the lounge area lead out to the built in barbecue and a lovely covered terrace area where you can dine al fresco whilst taking advantage of the breath-taking views of the mountains, countryside and coastline.
