Between the Ocean Views and the many updates, Our Home will leave you in AWE!!! The condo boasts laminate flooring in the entryway, kitchen, and bathrooms with plush carpeting in the bedrooms and living room for your comfort. The kitchen has been completely remodeled, nothing short of inspiring with all new stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, new lighting, beautiful backsplash, granite countertops, and PANORAMIC OCEAN VIEWS! The Master Bedroom offers a spectacular OCEAN FRONT BALCONY, where you can start the day with the stunning sunrise and end the day listening to the relaxing lullabies of the ocean waves. The Master Bedroom also has a brand new king-size mattress and an ensuite bathroom for your privacy that includes a luxury jetted bathtub for ideal relaxation. The Second Bedroom has two brand new queen and full-size mattresses and an ensuite bathroom, and private ocean view balcony.
Our Home has all the comforts and conveniences needed for you to worry about nothing but kicking back and relaxing. The home is fully furnished with recently purchased furniture, including a queen-sized sofa sleeper, new kitchen table, and large wide-screen televisions for your enjoyment. The condo boasts an in-unit washer and dryer, as well as a fully-stocked kitchen. Linens, laundry soap, dish soap, and toiletries are also provided for the ease of getting you settled in and vacationing as soon as possible. The fully furnished TRULY OCEAN FRONT BALCONY is ready for your entertaining and leisure desires.

This is a Non-Smoking, No E-Cigarettes & No Vaping Devices of Any Kind Condominium, No Pets Allowed (association rules).
We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 years of age to rent our 2nd Home.

During our busy season our weekly rentals, check in on Saturday at 3:00 pm
until the following Saturday and check out will be at 10:00 am.
Please reserve early, we book up very quickly for the Spring, Summer and Fall months.
Other times of the year we will consider less than a weekly rental, 3 night minimum please inquire with us.
