Managed by Gore Creek Properties, this platinum rated 5 bedroom duplex has been completely remodeled. This 3 level home comes with a one car garage, enough parking for 4 vehicles, creekside deck with a hot tub and grill, fireplace, washer/dryer, and 2 ski lockers in Lionshead. The first level has 2 remodeled very spacious ensuite bedrooms with king beds. The main level has a large open floor plan complete with a 75 inch flat screen, vaulted ceilings, and rock fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has beautiful granite, stainless, and custom cabinetry finishes. The upper floor has 3 more bedrooms and a bathroom. 1 bedroom has a queen bed, the second has one captain bunk bed and the third bedroom has 2 sets of captain bunks. There is enough space for 2 families or enough beds for a large group of singles. The property sleeps 12 guests. Located by the creek on the east end of West Vail, you are close to the grocery/ liquor stores, less than a mile to Cascade Village's chairlift, and under 2 miles to Lionshead Village. The free shuttle route provides service twice an hour into the Village. The bus ride is under 5 minutes. The owners have thought of all the conveniences that will make your Vail holiday an effortless and spectacular experience. Any re-occurrence of a viral pandemic that causes the mountain to shut down will result in a full refund less a $100 admin fee. All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized before and after every arrival and housekeeping is available on request for an additional fee.
