Enjoy your stay in the heart of the city, in the South Hills Townhouse. A great retreat for business, pleasure or both. Whatever brings you too Eugene, we know you will enjoy being in the middle of it all, with the many amenities this unit has to offer.
If you are looking for quiet, out of city stay, this is not it. This property is in the middle of city, on the edge of the UO campus, and has normal city sounds.
*Note: There is a flight of stairs to get to the loft bedroom.
The space
Enjoy this completely private home all to yourself. The South Eugene Townhouse is a private stand alone guest house with no shared accesses or common living walls.
*592 sq foot space. This space was designed for 2 people, however it does have a hide bed sofa in the living room, that can be used to sleep 2 additional registered guests.
*The comfy queen sized bed includes linens, pillows, and blankets (on second floor).
*Full sized, La-Z-Boy, sofa bed can be used to sleep additional guests. Additional fees apply to extra guests please book appropriately. There are additional linens in a black and yellow bin in the upstairs closet. (Note opening this bin without paying the additional guest fee will result in a fee of 100 dollars due to laundry expenses.)
*There is a laundry space right outside the kitchen with Washer/Dryer. Bring your own laundry supplies.
*Full kitchen with Fridge with complimentary water bottles, oven/range, microwave and toaster are also provided. Coffee and assortment of tea are provided.
*This is a pet friendly (1 Dog only/no cats) property. Please be sure to pay the pet fee if you are bringing your dog with you. Please help your dog stay off the furniture and please clean up after your dog. For your use while staying with us, and for your dog's comfort, we have provided a blanket to cover the couch or use as a pet bed, bowls for water and a lint roller. Amazon dog park is just a few blocks from the townhouse. Pets cannot be left alone in the unit unless well trained or crated. Let us know if accidents happen. (If the rugs require cleaning from urine there will be an extra cleaning fee)
*Off street parking spot for small to midsized vehicle in parking spot north of the garage. Street parking available on Harris St for larger vehicles.
*South Hills Townhouse is a few minutes walk to parks, biking trails, grocery stores, restaurants, bars and so much more.
*A 5 minute drive can take you to the UO, Hayward field, Mathew Knight Arena or down town Eugene.
Guest access
Private front door access to this stand alone guest house is located close to parking, behind a garage unit.
*Access to the studio will be through a key in a lockbox. Code for the lockbox will be sent out to guest 2 days before arrival.
Other things to note
* Every stay includes a welcome basket with some snacking goodies for you to enjoy.
* In the time that I have been a super host, over 2 years now, I have had only 3 reports of the road noise being disruptive to sleep. For your comfort, we provide earplugs and a sound machine on the night stand.
Please book appropriately as no refunds will be given for noise complaints.
