The neighborhood is a great place to be with hiking trails, lakes, swimming areas, basketball courts at the lake, 18 hole golf, clubhouse with restaurant and bar/grill 19th hole, tennis, community heated pool (in season) all within a gated community only 10-15 minutes to downtown Brevard and only 5 minutes from the entrance to DuPont State Park, a mountain biking and out door mecca on the east coast.
The bedroom layout is two bedrooms on the main level with one bathroom and downstairs is a large common area, one bedroom and one bathroom. The main level has a well equipped kitchen, sunroom and large deck. The tile shower on the main level has TWO HEADS, it's going to be a great vacation!
