There is a laundry facility on grounds for your use as well as a designated grilling area. The very large complex offers a park like setting with century old oaks, palm trees, and two large swimming pools, one of which is heated yearly from September until April.
Other community amenities include a sizable fishing pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children's' playground.
