Summary: We have booked "Non Smoking room". THey gave us "Smoking Room". If the room is not available for any reason, they should have called us. We reached the hotel around 11:30 PM. We were tired. We could not cancel and go around for another place to stay. I told the reception. When you know it is not available, please call the customer. So that they can cancel and stay somewhere else. too bad. We could not sleep well because othe smell. I hope they will call the customer upfront in future.
