Summary: The place needs updating. The air condition filter in my room was filthy so much so that the unit could not cool the room. I ended up removing it and cleaning it myself because dirty filters are extremely unhealthy. I brought it to the staff's attention, she told me they clean them once a month which, judging by the amount of dirt, cannot be possible. No attempt was made by management to reach out to me. There were also ants in my bed and the toilet was loose. The bathroom is in urgent need of updating. Dining room staff worked hard.
