Positive: Needed to book emergency accommodation when airport was closed due to thunderstorms and lightning for 36 hours. Airport was chaotic and easyJet couldn’t offer hotel room overnight or transport. We found this amazing hotel close to the airport and somehow managed to get a taxi amongst hundreds of passengers. The owner met us in the pouring rain and offered us a drink, showed us to our room and even took my luggage. We had breakfast in the morning and she said we could keep the room till our departure time. Absolutely 💯 caring attitude for myself and my daughter 😊. So grateful for her support. Hotel had everything we needed 😍
