Summary: The room didnt look like on the photos at all. It gave us a spartanic impression. Very sober and cold. The bathroom was a disaster. You took a shower and it was literally flooded. The pool was milky green of color and could not be used. We sent emails twice, but they could not resolve the issue. We asked for a compensation since we booked the hotel because it has a pool. But the request was ignored until now. Breakfast was very good and staff was friendly in general.
