Lovely Carlsbad-by-the-Sea beachy studio! This friendly 'in-home' studio has a completely separate & private entrance, with no shared living areas. Large one bedroom, remodeled bathroom with shower, small kitchenette with amenities, laundry room, outdoor shower and patio area with seating.
This is a great solution for people who are in-between housing, relocating, taking extended visits to Carlsbad, or simply looking for a change of scenery for awhile!
The private sidewalk entrance leads you pasta some cool cactus and the outdoor shower to a keyless entry for the studio. A spacious 16 x 18 bedroom is furnished with a king bed, loveseat sitting area and desk. Wooden desk has a pullout laptop shelf with rolling office chair great for a work-from-home situation.
Large flatscreen LG Smart TV is swivel mounted for various viewing options. Closet has a three-drawer dresser, and hanging rods w/plenty of hangers. Iron, extra linens, and beach towels are located in the closet. The hallway transition to bathroom hosts a small ‘kitchenette’ with a 4-foot compact refrigerator (sep. freezer compartment), coffee set-up, and microwave. Butcher block kitchen cart is stocked with dining and food prep utensils, wine & can opener, knives, cook plate, electric kettle, and drip coffee maker. Coffee bureau has a Keurig coffee maker, coffee pods, mini creamers, sugar/splenda, stoneware mugs, plates and bowls, glasses and wine glasses. There is an additional compact fridge located in the bedroom closet, great for beverages and extra groceries.
Gorgeous newly renovated bathroom includes full shower and vanity with mirrors and lots of drawer space.
A separate laundry room has a stackable washer/dryer, storage shelf, laundry basket, broom, mini vac and laundry tub sink. Laundry pods and dryer sheets are on the shelf. Please clean lint catcher.
The InstaPot, extra coffee water and paper towels are also stored in here.
There is an outdoor sitting area at the studio entrance with a gas grill and patio lighting. There is lots of space for bike and surfboard storage. Outdoor shower has hot water and there is a hose for rinsing feet and surfboards.
