The Main house was built to take advantage of the incredible water views of the pond and ocean . Located down a private road, the estate has over 2 acres, which insures peace and privacy. The bike path which can take you to Surfside beach or many other areas of the island is right at the end of the drive.
The main house has a open floor plan, 4 en-suite bedrooms, three separate living areas. There are plenty of decks to enjoy the amazing views to the ocean. The kitchen has all the bells and whistles, sub zero, 6 burner with griddle Viking a huge over size island with Cambria counter tops.
The pool house was done to capture the ease of the summer vibe. With a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms and bedroom its a wonderful space for any extra guests. A large oversized deck with a gas grill makes it a perfect place for cookouts!
And it that's not enough there is a cottage which has also just been redone with Serena and Lily in mind. Beautifully appointed! And a totally redone bath!
The studio cottage is freshly done with Serena and Lily in mind. A oversized bedroom with a king bed with seating area and tiled bathroom. And an outside shower.
An easy drive to just about anywhere...Miacomet Golf is 10mins, you can walk to the beach in 10mins...there are Land Bank trails right at the end of the driveway as well as a bike path.
