Positive: Nicely designed hotel and rooms, very clean, a nice place to stay. Good location with a footpath to the old town. The staff sorted out our transport from the port and to the airport for us.

Negative: The curtain of our room had broken and couldn't be closed, with light coming in from the balcony and were basically told to deal with it for the night and that the light couldn't be turned off. Not what we expected from a high priced hotel. I ended up fixing the curtain myself when we got back at night - not sure why the staff couldn't do it with an entire day to sort it out (or even try to unplug the light if they couldn't fix it?). Somebody from a neighbouring room accidentally let themselves into our room, which was very unexpected. They had gotten a spare key from reception as theirs wasn't working - felt not very secure.

Summary: Beautiful hotel but had some shortcomings for the price
