It's brand new to the vacation rental market and ready for your perfect vacation! Nestled on a quiet and very private piece of Silver Lake, this vacation house sleeps 13 and boasts all the amenities you could imagine! Four kayaks, 2 stand up paddle boards, horse shoe and bocce ball pit, games galore, a beautiful blue glass fire pit and a beach side solo stove, sand toys, an outdoor shower, a dock with an option to rent a new pontoon and so much more!
This piece of property is centered between two undeveloped parcels of land and in a small cove of Silver Lake. Tranquil and quiet, the only sounds are from nature and the laughs that will be had.
The main house consists of one king bedroom, one queen bedroom and a twin/full bunk room, two bathrooms and a kid corner with games and a craft table. Lounge in the plush living room that overlooks the lake and full kitchen. There is a large deck with a table and chair set, wicker rockers, traeger flat iron grill and chef table.
The guest house consists of a full kitchen, indoor dining table , living room with a twin day bed and a pull out twin bed underneath, a queen bedroom, pack n' play and highchair, a desk, full bath and a patio with a table and chair set.
