Summary: When I booked, nobody told me there would be a wedding at the hotel that day. Because of that, one of the pools was closed and we couldn’t enjoy all the facilities. I complained but nothing was done to make up for the inconvenience. Breakfast was great. The cleaning could’ve been better — the bathroom wasn’t fully cleaned. The place itself is super nice, but the lack of communication really hurt the experience.
