Summary: Room and pillows and bed linens very comfortable. I thought our room may be noisy but it wasn’t. We had a nice stay. Clean and reasonable price for the night. I still hope to resolve the reservation confusion. The clerk said Hotels.com should email OR297@stsyatchoice.com.
