This classically charming three bedroom cottage, affectionately known as "the Cranberry Lodge", is part of the historic Cape Cod Village. Families return to this complex year after year. The cottage is within steps of a private Association beach. Enjoy the ebb and flow of Cape Cod Bay, with a gradually sloping swimming area, perfect for small children. Take a long walk across the sand flats at low tide and discover the surprises of the sea. Wash off in the outdoor shower, and relax on the spacious deck, while enjoying the incredible views. The property is close to the Cape Cod Bike Trail and within walking distance of the Long Pasture Audubon property with its trails, goats and offerings (such as kayak trips and bird walks). The quaint villages of Yarmouthport (east) and Barnstable (west) are within a mile - both with fun shops and great restaurants. Please note while there is wifi, there is no tv (trust us, you won't miss it)). Linens are not included, but available for rent - call us. The property rents Saturday to Saturday.
