Access Note: This home is located on the third floor and requires climbing three flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The elevated location offers vaulted ceilings, added privacy, and great views of Haile Village.
-All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including marijuana, vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition.
-No parties or large gatherings. No more than 6 people are allowed in the home at any given time unless prior permission has been granted.
- Quiet hours are 10pm - 7am. Please respect our neighbors and community and avoid loud outdoor speakers at all times.
- Keep trash in trash bins. If they are full, a green trash bin is downstairs behind a fence behind the condominim.
- Pets are not allowed inside the home. We charge an additional $300 cleaning fee if our team finds any evidence of pets in the home.
- Please return all games, books, and remotes to their original spot. Our team charges for any items missing upon checkout.
- Report all damage, regardless of its nature or extent. While accidents are understandable, reimbursement may be requested based on the item and extent of damage.
- Respect our checkout time. Failure to adhere to the check-out time may result in fees as this disrupts arrangements for our next guest.
